Oil change and tire rotation in less than an hour.

I was very disappointed when I came to my appt and had to wait outside the door for 15 minutes in my car. Finally another customer went in and told them I was waiting that long outside, they finally raised the door, I went to the oil change line and there it took another 10 minutes to get waited on! So my fairly simple appt turned into a 2 hour thing! You can do better!!!!!

I’ve had a GMC truck for 15 years Dana Kirk sold me the first one. Dana is very professional and helpful. I told her what we were looking for and she show us several trucks. She is very honest . There are many features on the truck that I am not aware of. She took her time to explain each one to me that was very helpful. I would recommend anyone looking for a General Motors product to look her up because you will be very pleased with the services she provides

I dropped my truck off for repair at 0800. John had made sure all the parts were available and my truck went back to the mechanic immediately. Dave gave me a ride home. Shortly after lunch John called to say the truck was ready to go. Dave picked me up and the truck was ready to go when I arrived. All the work was done as expected.

i met the technician that did the oil change on my truck in the customer service waiting area and asked her if she saw any issues under the vehicle. She mentioned that the trans cooler lines had a small leak and the front drive shaft seal at the transfer case should be replaced. talked to John the service advisor on cost to replace the trans cooler lines.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. That went well. My car is a leased car and the day before my oil change the back windshield wiper stopped working. I asked if they could quickly look at it thinking maybe something was loose and I was told "no" I had to make another appointment. My time is just as precious as the next and I do not have that time. This happened before when the radio would just randomly stop working. I was told then that I had to bring it in as soon as the problem occurred so they could see what happened. So I was supposed to just stop, turn around and head to Ballas. Not acceptable

I was quoted over the phone $89.99 for an oil change for my 2016 Corvette. I explicitly told the girl it was a 2016 Corvette.She asked me how many quarts of oil it took. I told her I had no idea as this was my first oil change on it since I bought it used. Dave White quoted me $140 for the same so I went with Ballas as I have had all my other vehicles oil changed there in the past and have bought vehicles from them in the past. Always did a good job in the past. I go to pick up my car and the girl tells me it cost $195 which included my $20 coupon I gave them when I came in. She looked at me like I was lying about the quote. If nothing else I feel they should at least match the price Dave White quoted me. I understand the vehicle took 10 quarts of oil so I get the additional charge there but not an additional $125 as quoted. I told her she should instruct the girls setting the appointments about proper pricing. I will not get an oil change there or buy another vehicle there unless something fair is done. It isn't even about the money but the shock I got when I was charged a different price than quoted.

Tony was outstanding. We had a much different experience at Cronin in Perrysburg. We were told that the "interior color we wanted on our Envista Avenir was not available" by Charlie Cronin. I made 1 phone call to another dealership and found that to be untrue. Charlie was not unkind, but continued to pressure me to buy a vehicle that I wasn't sure I wanted. I saw online that Ballas had one available on the lot that had the interior I wanted - and man am I glad we made the trip. It felt like we mattered and Tony really made me feel like he wanted to work. My business was definitely earned.

They treated me incredible and the whole experience felt like I was a VIP or one of their most valued customers, even though it was my first purchase from them.

I waited an hour and forty five minutes for my scheduled oil change.

Just in for an oil change and tire rotation, always like to visit with the salesmen while waiting and drooling over the new trucks. Maybe some day! Lol.

The entire experience was awful, and I regret buying this vehicle. I should have trusted my instincts when I questioned the manager's integrity during the initial phone call. Nothing was explained properly, and everything seemed shady. My financing turned out to be a scam—I was given the highest interest rate without even having my credit report checked, which I only found out after signing everything. Now I'm stuck with high financing when I could have secured a much lower rate through my own bank. I was told there wouldn't be a penalty for canceling the financing, but GM Financial says otherwise. I was also misled about taxes not being included in the financing, which I now have to cover out of pocket. This was apparently how the manager "sweetened" the deal by showing me new numbers. I feel completely scammed and wish I had never made this purchase. To make matters worse, the vehicle itself has issues—the right mirror alert only works part of the time, the engine-off feature doesn’t always engage (even though it’s activated), and the CarPlay needs resetting half the time I use it, something I’ve never experienced with other vehicles. I received four calls on the day of purchase to secure my business, but not a single follow-up to check on my satisfaction since then.

We had a scheduled appointment at 8:15 on a Monday - did not get the car back u til 2pm on the following Thursday. And the only thing that you managed to fix was the mobility of the front driver seat. You didn’t fix whatever was causing the check engine light to go on and off and this cost us a total of $252. You kept the car for 4 days and didn’t even fix the reason as to why we brought the car in.

Everyone was friendly and the service was amazing, I told Mark Stevens what I wanted and I needed it by the end of the week and he delivered, had the truck I wanted next day and everything after was smooth and timely. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff is and I have shared my experience with friends and family, I will always recommend Ballas to others from now on. Thank you so much.

As usual, the service was excellent. For me, it is always a family type atmosphere. The care of my vehicle, to include covering my driver's seat to protect it when the mechanic is seated inside adds to my customer satisfaction. I was also notified my tires needed to be replaced. That just demonstrates the inspection details to insure mine, my family's and passenger's safety. What can I say but, "satisfaction with a big thank you!

Randy Kaufman was the best salesman i could ask for. From the moment I came in he was helpful and professional.
