About Ballas
Welcome to Ballas Buick GMC
Ballas Buick-GMC has been a fixture in the Toledo business community since 1970. Ballas earned the coveted General Motor’s “Mark of Excellence” award in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 (for business excellence). Mrs. Ballas represents a very small minority of female dealership owners which is less than 1% nationally. She also serves on the National Dealer Council for the Buick GMC Division of General Motors with 21 other dealers from across the nation representing all five regions of the U.S.
Our Mission: Our most valuable asset, our people, will function as a team with character, integrity, and honesty at all times; respectfully striving to achieve our sole purpose of doing business, which is creating, serving, and keeping customers.
A Note from Marianne Ballas
I purchased the dealership in 2004 and immediately decided on a mission and slogan that addressed the integrity issue. Honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of our company mission statement and the slogan “We do business with character” was adopted. This was done to help create a culture of principle among the people who work for us.
This is why I think customers keep coming back year after year and recommend us to their family and friends. This is why I am proud of the work we do, the products we offer and the services we provide. I think you will agree.
